I am joyous to read that you feel healed. Things like that are wonderful to hear.anne nahmhttp://annenahm.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18298740.post-31318938647904911722010-02-08T02:17:37.673-08:002010-02-08T02:17:37.673-08:00quite interesting article. It's not that I don't like homeschooling or that I don't think you could do it. It's just SO. MUCH. WORK. And I think you have plenty of work already so I was worried about you. :)

Wow Birdie. Yes, that girls seems wise beyond her years I am very sure she is ready for this sacred time. Happy Birthday to her!Mama Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13581319298585887199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18298740.post-57759892525098861822010-02-03T13:21:56.930-08:002010-02-03T13:21:56.930-08:00Congratulations Birdie. I dunno, but I remember that being a big deal too.)

I love your thoughts on being healed/broken. I think we have these things that really matter in our identity and they're the first thing you think of when you define yourself (DEAD DAD! and FOREIGNER! were mine for a while), but eventually, they recede into the background, and whereas maybe once they were the biggest pieces in the quilt of your personality when it was smaller, as more gets added to that quilt eventually they're just more little bits and pieces of what makes it colorful and you.

And now you are welcome to roll your eyes at my terrible metaphor!elizasmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14450026334750091569noreply@blogger.com
